On a technical front we develop in Flex, Air, Java and MySql. If you have experience in these areas we offer market leading salaries and very interesting and varied work. We run a defined agile process in 2 week sprints.

We are always on the lookout for talented technical people and testers.

Our “trainers” look after the client end to end. We don’t like being passed from pillar to post and nor do our clients. If you are good at listening, personable and engaging you might be for us. You will look after the client from initial trial, system configuration, training and ongoing support. We have a support team but find most clients prefer to wait for the answer from the person who knows them best – you!

We pay 10% on recruitment period. We do not accept any recruitment terms accompanying CVs sent to us unsolicited, or any other terms even if we agree to you sending a CV through to us until you have positive acceptance from a Director of Sohnar. No other employee is authorised to accept recruitment terms. We are well connected, particularly in the technical space and if you send CVs to us we will tell you honestly if we know the person already or not.

Are we anti recruiters? No, but something like 40 calls per week from people pretending to know us and who can do us a special at 25% does little to endear us to your profession.

If you are a nice guy, recruit at reasonable rates and are honest about who you are when you call we will get along well. If this is too much to ask, please find someone else to call.
